How do we ever begin to thank you for leading us through one of
the most important purchases in our lives.......our first home.
The journey with you was simply amazing and we are forever grateful
for all of your hard work, patience, and guidance. You took what

you were available to us. It showed us that we were greatly valued
and that you were completely working for us.......totally on our
side.....coaching us through every step of the way. We also did
not have the luxury of living nearby your office, and so appreciated
your constant willingness to meet at our home on the other side
of town, doing whatever was easiest for us.
You connect with people, Adam. What a joy it was to be around
you! Your support was never ending, your patience was unwavering,
and you listened so intently....offering crucial insight exactly
when it was needed. You knew what was important to us and kept
us true to our course in times when we started to stray and become
unclear ourselves. You were committed to our happiness throughout

Buyer or Seller,
There are a couple things you should know about Adam.
- He works
hard.
- He does
not waste your time.
- He cares
about you and helping you find exactly what you need.
- He is
the only real estate agent you need to know in Denver.
Admit it-
there are a lot of real estate agents in Denver. There are very
few real estate professionals who work hard to help you with the
entire process of purchasing a home. Most of us do not have time
in our days to spend looking for a home. Adam takes that burden
off your shoulders and plants it solidly on his own. He is meticulous
in understanding your needs and wants and all of the details you
do not have time to think about. After getting a gut feel from
viewing a house or two with you he will do what most agents will
not. He inspects properties on his own time so he does not waste
yours.
I cannot tell you how many times Adam has asked “how else
can I help you”. He cares enough to find out exactly how
he can help you, even beyond real estate. He has made it a point
to become a consultant rather than just an agent. I can say from
experience that if you ask Adam for anything he will either help
you himself or direct you to the right person.
Even if you already have a real estate agent you have worked with,
I encourage you to spend a short amount of time with Adam. I have

Dear Adam,
I am happy to write this letter of recommendation as a result
of the hard work and effort that you put into helping us find
our house.
My wife and I had many unique (at least to us) issues and concerns
about buying a house. We had been looking for several months,
but either found the prices too high, the conditions not right,
or the neighborhood did not connect. Then instead of finding solutions
for us, our previous helper offered us more "real estate
listings" and provided us with the ". ..that is the
Denver housing market." A process that was both frustrating
and discouraging.
Then along came Adam. "I will find you your house."
And never were truer words spoken. Always on the lookout, he called
us with leads and houses to drive by. The search (almost a crusade)
that Adam took on demonstrated the meaning behind his words. He
was going to find us our house. Six weeks after the promise, he
delivered. Our house worked in with our issues and concerns, the
price was right, the conditions could all be met, and the neighborhood
fit.
Adam worked and called and canvassed - he made us feel like we
were his most important and only clients. I know it is not true,
but it sure was nice to be treated that way by someone who believes
it should be that way.
